Usage

For the face: In the morning, before applying sunscreen, and in the evening, after cleansing the skin with a cleanser and applying your toner, essence, and/or serum, take a generous amount and gently spread it on the skin with circular motions until fully absorbed.

For the body: Apply while the skin is still damp after showering. Massage well until fully absorbed. Apply an additional layer in areas with more dead skin cells, such as elbows and heels.
