MAKEP:REM Safe Me. Relief Moisture Cleansing Milk is a milk-form cleanser, formulated to remove impurities and residues with just one application. The formula contains soy proteins that provide a special softness, leaving the skin hydrated. Usage

Take an appropriate amount in dry hands (1-2 pumps) and apply it to dry skin. Gently massage the face in circular motions, including the eye area. Then rinse the face with plenty of lukewarm water, removing any remaining impurities.
