SOME BY MI Miracle AC Clear Spot Treatment is a topical treatment that utilizes the patented ACREMEDY formula to combat brown spots and post-acne marks. Its formulation, like the entire Miracle line, contains AHA, BHA, and PHA, which work in harmony to cleanse the skin of impurities. AHA removes dead skin cells, BHA penetrates deep into the pores to eliminate excess sebum, while PHA retains the right moisture and strengthens the skin barrier. Additionally, this topical treatment also contains LHA, an excellent and gentle exfoliant that effectively works to shrink pores, deeply cleanse excess sebum, and dissolve blackheads. LHA has a pH similar to that of the skin (5.5), preventing any irritation or sensitivity. It is suitable for sensitive, acne-prone skin that is irritated and has redness, as well as for rosacea.
