CELIMAX Dual Barrier Creamy Toner is a creamy-textured toner formulated to strengthen the skin barrier and provide deep hydration from the very first step of your routine. Unlike classic light water-based toners, this formula has a more nourishing consistency that particularly helps dry, sensitive, or dehydration-damaged skin. Its composition includes Ceramide NP and Panthenol, which help repair and protect the skin barrier, while Hyaluronic Acid helps retain moisture and increase elasticity. It also contains soothing ingredients that reduce the sensation of irritation and redness, making the skin softer and calmer after application. Its “milky” texture absorbs easily without leaving a heavy feeling, leaving the skin hydrated, smooth, and ready for the next steps of your routine.

The formula is hypoallergenic, dermatologically tested and does not contain ingredients that are harmful or irritating to the skin, such as: alcohol, paraben, silicone, sulfate, artificial fragrance, artificial colorant, essential oils.

Usage

After cleansing your skin of impurities with your regular cleanser, pour a generous amount of the toner onto a cotton pad or into your hands and apply it to the face and neck until the skin has fully absorbed it.
