I'M FROM Black Rice Toner contains fermented black rice extract, a well-known ingredient in South Korea for its high antioxidant content and its properties against premature aging. How to use

After cleansing the skin of any impurities with your regular cleanser, dispense a generous amount of toner onto a cotton pad or into your hands and apply to the face and neck, avoiding the eye area, until the skin has fully absorbed it.
