Unlike the Cos De BAHA AZ Azelaic Acid 10 Serum, this serum contains 5% azelaic acid, making it suitable for beginners to azelaic acid as well as for people with very sensitive skin. As we know, azelaic acid is an ingredient used to treat acne and the hyperpigmentation left behind. It has also been scientifically proven to fight the bacteria that cause acne. This product helps regenerate damaged skin, fades post-acne marks and brown spots (hyperpigmentation), treats rosacea and imparts skin radiance. Its formulation with Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract soothes any irritation that may be caused by external factors such as free radicals, dust, etc. The serum also contains two powerful hydrating agents — hyaluronic acid and panthenol — which provide deep hydration. Meanwhile, the 2% niacinamide formulation helps control excess sebum and reduce pore size. Suitable for all skin types, especially acne-prone and sensitive skin!

The formula is dermatologically tested and does not contain ingredients that are harmful or irritating to the skin, such as alcohol, sulphates, parabens, synthetic fragrance, artificial colourants, essential oils, and it is not tested on animals.

Usage

Use once a day (in the morning or in the evening) after applying your toner or essence. Apply 1–2 drops to your hands and spread over the face, neck and décolletage until the skin has fully absorbed it. Continue with the other steps of your routine.

*Tip: Since sensitivity to azelaic acid varies from person to person, we recommend testing the product on a small area before use. To test, apply a small amount behind the ear or under the chin and wait 2–3 minutes. If no irritation appears, you may continue using the product without concern.
