I'M FROM Rice Toner contains rice extract grown in the Yeoju region, which is also the origin of the rice itself. The extract in this toner is called "GOA RICE," providing the skin with purity, softness, and an inner glow. Rice has been used for centuries in skincare products and is now renowned for its numerous properties. These benefits are undoubtedly enjoyed by the toner as well, such as: evening out skin tone, reducing signs of aging, improving elasticity, fading dark spots (hyperpigmentation), and deep hydration. Additionally, while gently removing any residual impurities from the skin after washing, it effectively rebalances the skin's pH. Usage

After cleansing your skin of any impurities with your routine cleanser, apply a generous amount of the toner onto a cotton pad or your hands and apply it to your face and neck, avoiding the eye area, until the skin has fully absorbed it.
